Shipping Info


  • How are the orders shipped?

    All orders are shipped using USPS and each shipment will have a tracking ID so you can monitor the progress.  Orders are shipped from within the USA to to your location.  Every order is sent using a discreet envelope with only the shipping information displayed.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

    After payment is completed it can take 1 to 3 days before your order ships.  Your patience is appreciated as sometimes we have to prepare certain items and orders are not shipped every day.  Once your order has shipped and the tracking ID has been scanned it usually arrives in 3-5 business days.  

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping is calculated during checkout and is based on how many items purchased and your location.  Shipping price is usually between $7.50 and $15 depending on what you ordered and how far it is to ship it.

  • Can I get free shipping?

    If you spend over $100 you should see the option for free shipping during checkout.  If you don't see the free shipping available and your order is over $100 just use the contact form and let us know the order number, the team will adjust the invoice and remove any shipping fee.  We also sometimes have a code that will grant free shipping - Join the mailing list to be notified of any special codes or discounts.

  • LC Product Groups USA 1 and USA 2

    The liquid culture products are broken up into different groups based on the lab teams that supply those varieties of LC.  We work with different groups that provide different collections of genetics so some items cannot be purchased together in the same order.  For example if you order items from group 1 you cannot add items from group 2 as they will need to be prepared and shipped from a different supplier.   You would have create a separate order for the group 2 items you wanted.   We understand this can be frustrating so your patience and understanding is appreciated.  If you have any questions about this please email info@infinitylc.cc


Payment Info


  • What type of payment methods do you accept?

    We can accept most credit cards online through an emailed invoice.  We can also accept crypto payments in BTC & ETH.  We also accept mail orders in cash for payment.

  • How do I pay with a credit card?

    To pay using a credit card you first need to create an order.  Add items to the cart and complete the checkout process by selecting "credit card" as the payment method.  Shortly after receiving the order our team will send you an email with an invoice to click and complete the payment.  Once you have completed payment on the invoice the order will be sent to the shipping team.

  • How do I pay with cash in the mail?

    To pay using a cash in the mail you first need to create an order.  Add items to the cart and complete the checkout process by selecting "mail order" as the payment method.  Shortly after receiving the order our team will send you an email with instructions on where and how to send the cash to complete the payment.  Once we have received your payment the order will be sent to the shipping team.

  • How do I pay with crypto?

    To pay using a crypto you first need to create an order.  Add items to the cart and complete the checkout process by selecting "crypto" as the payment method.  Follow the instructions and complete the payment.  Once the payment is completed its best to use the contact form and let us know your crypto payment is completed.  We will match up the payment to your order and get it sent to the shipping team.


Refunds & Replacements


  • Do you offer refunds?

    We do not offer refunds on used product.  We do offer refunds in the case of lost or damaged shipments.  If you need to cancel an order that has not been shipped we can issue a full refund.  If you need to cancel an order that has already been shipped you need to deny the package when it arrives and once its been returned to us we can issue a refund minus the cost of shipping.  For all other refund related inquiries please use the contact form.

  • Do you offer replacements?

    In the rare scenario where a product is faulty or arrives damaged we can issue replacements.   In most cases this can be discussed and arranged using the contact form.  In some cases we may require a new shipping fee be paid to send the replacements.

  • What if my project doesn't work as expected?

    Please understand there is lots of room for error in this hobby.  And there is also a learning curve to overcome before you gain enough experience to troubleshoot why a project failed.  This is an experiment with biology and nature so you can't expect it to work the same every time in every scenario.  So many factors come into play its difficult to know each situation and be able to isolate a problem to a particular cause.  If your experiment doesn't work as expected please reach out and tell us the details.  In most cases we can come to an arrangement.
